Q. Who can be a member of the library?
A. You will find the up to date information on who is eligible for library membership on the Membership Eligibility page.

Q. How do I decide which journal to publish in?
A. You can find a library help guide  and suggested tools for helping you decide which journal is right for you to submit your article on the "Publication Toolkit" page.

Q. Where do I access journals / books?
A. All of the library's physical and electronic books and all the journals we subscribe to can be searched via the library catalogue:

You will need to select whether you are searching the RMH or RWH collection as the first step.

Then choose whether you are searching for an article/book/journal, enter you search term and click "search".

Q. Where do I access databases?
A. The range of databases the library has access to can be found in the AtoZ list of library databases. This list can also be accessed via the "Library Resources" menu at the top of the page, or by clicking on the "Databases" tile on the front page of the library website. 

Q. How do I get help with literature searches?
A. You will find a library help guide focused on literature searching tips and resources here on the "Literature Searching Guide" page. You can also contact the library using the "Contact Us" form with the details of what sort of literature search you are trying to conduct and the library staff and provide guidance on the process as well as recommend tools that will help you along the way.

Q. Can I get access to electronic resources when I'm not on my work computer?
A. Yes you can. We call this remote access and you can access all of the electronic resources the library subscribes to in exactly the same way offsite as you do onsite.
