How well do you know your policies and procedures?
Every week an email will be sent to staff with a link to the nominated policy or procedure of the week. When Executives visit your area during the Leadership WalkRound, you can discuss the policy or procedure with them and provide feedback. You can also nominate a policy or procedure that you would like to see featured in Policy of the Week. Make sure you read through this week’s policy. Training sessions and workshops for the first half of 2013 are now available on the training section of the library website.
There are sessions covering things such as 'how-to's' on using library electronic resources and databases. As well as paid workshops for specific programs such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
